The movie is based on the controversial erotic romance novel by D.H. Lawrence, published in the late 1920s. Lady Chatterley’s Lover has Emma Corrin as Connie, the Lady Chatterley.

In the movie., Connie ends up marrying into wealth and privilege. The story changes when the husband comes back from World War 1 with an injury that takes away his ability to walk. Suddenly, Connie feels trapped in her marriage.

She starts having an affair with a handsome, and charming gamekeeper, Oliver Mellors (Jack O’Connell), and the affair soon becomes public.

The trailer looks absolutely stunning, and fans can’t wait to watch the movie. 

2. Scrooge: A Christmas Carol, Dec. 2

Netflix is coming up with a version of the beloved story of Charles Dickens’s “A Christmas Carol.”  The movie will be an animated musical, coming to theatres this December. If you’ve seen multiple versions of the story, and you’re planning to neglect this one, don’t. 

The movie will be directed by Stephen Donnelly and he said “there are more than enough psychedelic, time-traveling and musical surprises to keep those familiar with the story on the edge of their seats, while the authentic essence of Dickens has been retained for those coming completely fresh to the classic tale.”

The movie is centered on the classic character of Ebenezer Scoorge as he has one final night to change his life or live a dark future. The film will feature some of the best songs, and they will be remastered.

5. Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, Dec.23

Finally, Knives Out is getting a sequel. It will be hitting Netflix right before Christmas, so you got something to stream. You’ll be seeing Daniel Craig reprise his role as Detective Benoit Blanc. 

And this time, the detective will be going to Greece to solve a mystery involving a range of characters made up of an attractive cast. You get actors like Kate Hudson, Kathryn Hahn, Edward Norton, Janelle Monae, Leslie Odom Jr, Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline, and Dave Bautista.

Based on Don DeLillo’s novel of the same name, comes a movie directed by Noah Baumbach. Everyone called White Noise to be unadaptable, as it’s a unique story about a contemporary family in America. The story follows the family as they struggle to survive a terrible event known as “The Airborne Toxic Event,” caused by a chemical leak. This event forces the family to leave their town. The movie stars Great Gerwig and Adam Driver star.
